Kundalini yoga was something that I'd never tried before attending Sharon's class. I absolutely loved it from from the first session as I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. Each class is different and interesting and I always come away from the class feeling better, whether that be with more energy or relaxed. The mediations have helped me to manage my stress levels and anxiety, and the kriyas help to keep me fit and flexible. I always feel as though I've learnt something as Sharon is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced teacher. The atmosphere is light and easy going, and I honestly couldn't recommend any other Yoga class more than this one.
